Previously, I co-founded and led product & design @ Phyxable, a consumer health-tech startup. I helped grow the team from 2 to 11 and supported fundraising ops (YC, Social Capital, Unshackled Ventures) with my co-founder. The biggest learning was going from 0→1.

I believe deeply in cultivating personal and career growth through mentorship and continuous learning. I help others grow as a UX design mentor, youth educator on sustainability, and was the first designer at an Montreal-based education tech startup (acquired by casecoach.com).

In 2020, I left my startup to work on climate & ocean futures. I'm enticed by how innovation's speed and disruptive nature can help navigate the greatest human crisis. Pollution, biodiversity loss, and destabilized ecosystems have concerned me for a decade - now I have the tools and thinking to make change.

Outside of work, I built and grew communities through organizing on/offline events. I volunteered as board member at a global user experience non-profit. I also held events for Voice Tech Global — world's leading conversational design (CxD) community — and grew it to over 2400 members.

I follow venture capital & startup ecosystems - mostly N.America / EMEA, some parts of APAC. These days, I'm focused on capital allocated towards environmental innovation.
